Making Mochi Balls

Our frequent visit to San Francisco's Japantown had introduced us to one of our favorite desserts-- mochi balls! Luckily, we already have most of the ingredients in our pantry with the exception of the red bean paste. A quick trip to the Asian market is all that we need to make these delicious sweets!




Ingredients-- Sweet rice flour (gluten flour), granulated sugar, corn starch, water and red bean paste.
